Special thanks to all who we have borrowed from.
Be aware, these videos make this stuff look simple. To a certain degree, it is. However, it is also extremely dangerous—not just for you, but for the riders around you.
We highly recommend that anyone who is new to group cycling join our Gruppetto Group rides to learn and practice these skills. Even if you do other rides during the week, get the Gruppetto skills and practice under your belt.
We have a far greater level of respect for those who admit that they haven't ridden in pace lines, or who haven't learned how to draft safely, or who don't know hand signals than for those who just come out and try to fake it 'till they make it. Our #1 priority is safety, so if you come out and ride with us and you're new to group riding, don't put us at risk. Let our membership show you the ropes as safely as we can.
